The Citi China Operations & Technology Internship Program is the chance for you to come and explore opportunities in the Operations & Technology Department in Citibank, to bring us your passion, commitment and skills, and we will reward you with a good internship with challenging opportunities & responsibilities.Brief Introduction of Citi China Operations & Technology Internship ProgramTo build up the pipeline of talents for O&T, the program aims to select students suitable for O&T business, develop them through on-job trainings and rotations to meet Citi’s rapid business growth needs in China. The Citi China O&T Internship Program is a more than 3 months program, starting from July 2008. During the summer holiday, internship participants have the opportunity to work on full time basis. When the new semester starts there may be the opportunity to work part-time as per school curriculum schedule. The top performing interns from the program will be selected and invited to participate in the process for the opportunity of hiring at the end of the internship. Candidates who successfully pass the final selection process after their internship will be offered positions in Operations & Technology Department in 2009.
