Position: Internal Control Trainee/Assistant for National Internal Control Manager
Property: Full Time
Responsibilities:
1. Assist National Internal Control Manager for the daily department administration work
协助中国区内控经理的日常部门行政管理工作
2. Responsible for the company procedure review & updating
负责公司政策的更新和修改
3. Assist Pricing Quality Control report finalization
协助内控经理完成PQC调查报告
4. Assist the Internal Controller’s checking task & report finalization
协助内控经理的日常检查工作及完成报告
5. Assist regional Internal Controller to communicate with HO function departments
协助区域内控与总部各职能部门的沟通
Location: Shanghai
Reporting Line: National Internal Control Manager
Candidate Profile:
1. Good reporting writing and presentation skills will be plus
出色的报告撰写和演示能力
2. Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading
流利的英语听说读写能力
3. Able to work under pressure, and willing to learn, strong time management skill
能够在压力下工作，愿意主动学习, 有出色的时间管理能力
4. Be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
能自我激励，很好的沟通能力
5. Willing to travel often
能经常出差
6. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting with audit experience is preferable
财务/会计专业，审计背景优先
7. Finance Assistant experience in Multinational company is preferable
有跨国企业财务部助理经验优先
