Besides, it is also the base of CNOOC and entrusted with technical research, collection, application and improvement for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and manufacture of supporting products. So far by now , seven pillar industries have come into being and 10 branches respectively locate in Tianjin、Shanghai、Shenzhen、Huizhou、and Zhanjiang.
