SRK Consulting is an independent, international consulting company providingfocused advice and problem solving. SRK is the worlds first one-stopconsultancy offering specialist services to mining and exploration companiesfor the entire life cycle of a mining project, from exploration through tomine closure. Due to continuing expansion, SRK Consulting China Ltd. is currently lookingfor candidates to add to our existing strengths. We are looking for: 1．Exploration geologist(2) Job Description: Compiling and interpreting geological data and information Synthesize in house geological data and generate technical reports andsummary briefing notes Assisting principal or senior geologists to complete the project Travelling to mine sites to translate for non-Chinese speaking consultancies Requirements: * Strong background in Exploration and Mine Geology , and can useAutoCAD or MapGIS software * Experience in sampling and grade control studies. * University degree or above majoring in exploration and survey * Fluent in English communication, both in written or speaking * Be available for frequent traveling, mostly to rural areas * Good computing skill is a must. * As this position requires frequent travel, Male candidates arepreferred The deadline will be on 30th April 2008 and the shortlist will be made on15th May 2008.
