We are a representative office of a German company in ffice:smarttags" />China. Our office is based in Shanghai. We are looking for an intern in the following position:

Position: Executive Assistant 行政助理

Period of Internship: 6 months

Qualifications:

-Senior students of college/university or equivalent degree. （四年制大三学生或者三年制大二学生）

-Applicant majored in English, Business or Mechnical will be preferred.

-Good communication skills in Chinese & English.
-be able to work at least 3 days a week

-With knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
-Strong capability in planning and organizing events.
-Be able to work under pressure.
-Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and team spirit.

-Assertiveness, Patience, Persistence

- Japanese language provision will be a plus but not a must.

Job Description:

-Establish and maintain document filing and office/business database
-Providing daily office administrative support to employees, especially the management
-Managing attendance record and leave application
-Office supplies managing and purchasing
-Collects, assembles and analyses data or information for reports
-Maintaining telephone and mail records
-Assist General Manager for executive support
