Requirement:

College degree

Fluent English writing and speaking

Proficient in MS Office application

Initiative, good interpersonal skill and communication skill

Good planning and organizing skill

Major Responsibilities:

1. Oversee office administration and working environment to meet company standard

2. Control office supply and administration budget

3. Supervise the service of Administration suppliers to meet the internal customer s needs
