Your key accountabilities: 1.To study and identify potential clients 2.To build long-term relationship with potential clients 3.To create needs by helping clients analyze their potential needs in people and organization development 4.To propose the most appropriate training, coaching or consulting solutions with senior consultants instructions and support 5.To assist the senior consultant deliver the service to clients 6.To develop yourself as an assistant consultant in order to meet the expectation of our clients.
