招募简介：
为配合索迪斯业务在中国大陆的迅速发展，我们将于2008年9月启动“管理培训生计划”。该计划周期为三至六个月。通过该计划的培训实习考核，培训生可在索迪斯担任基层管理职位。
招募要求：

1.大学专科以上学历；
2.又有从事后勤管理服务行业；
3.良好的服务意识、团队精神；
4.不断进取的工作热情；
5.优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；
6.良好的数字计算和分析总结能力；
7.英语听说读写熟练者优先。

Management Trainee Program:
To meet the rapid development of Sodexo in Mainland China, Sodexo plans to lauch a "Management Trainee Program"in September 2008.The program aims to develop the trainees with fundamental management knowledge and experiences through a three to six month training and intership process.

we are recruiting trainees with qualifications as below:
-College degree or above;
-Willing to get into the support service industry;
-Good sense of service and team work;
-Excellent communication skill, and analyzing and problem solving skill;
-Passion to make progress;
-Good date analysis and synthesis skill;
