Job scope:

-Office service support (Drink order, office green, allocate of postal bill to each dept.)

-Maintenance of copy machine, canteen ID card system

-Gifts ordering, distribution and recording

-SAP e-receiving

-Flight and accommodation reservation for employees

-Name card ordering and distribution

-Internal mail transfer

-Arrangement for foreign trainee (accommodation, picking up)

-Support for customer reception team

-Prepare documents for department

-And other tasks assigned by department head

Requirements:

- Major in Administration or similar in college or university

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Proficient in verbal and written English are essential

- A quick learner with minimal supervision

- A diligent team player with good communication skills
