Role description
The role of IT engineer in Flextronics Beijing design center is to proactively ensure the security and continuous operations of IT infrastructures including network, server, application and the effective delivery of IT service to end users.

Operational responsibilities
 Supply a reliable technical support and guidance during routine IT operations
 Implement and monitor the appropriate information security rules in design centre
 Perform professional support for infrastructure servers to keep the sustaining service
 Troubleshooting and monitor network connectivity issues, ensure the proper, secure and optimized operation of the LAN and WAN
 Management, develop and support for company’s specific application tools
 IT incident handling, including troubleshooting, maintenance, logging and tracking
Requirement analyze and solution design for specific IT projects

Development responsibilities
 Analyze new requirement from internal users and develop the solution together with global IT team
 Develop a secure and applicable InfoSec policy in Design center
 Develop and continuous improvement of IT service processes
 Continuous improvement in technical skills, keep update with the new technical trend
Continuous improvement in Customer Satisfaction level

Competencies required
 Strong sense of IT service process and delivery
 Strong technical background in information technology
 Solid knowledge in multiple operating systems and mutiplie network protocals
 Excellent experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
 Team work, good communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English
