1、熟悉DIV+CSS web设计标准及Dreamweaver、Flash等设计软件；
2、熟悉网页设计及设计流程，能根据设计师的要求完成基本的网页制作；
3、有扎实的基本功，熟练掌握Photoshop，Illustrator，Fireworks等设计软件；
4、有作品者优先，实习中表现突出者，在实习期满后签订雇用合同，按照国家规定交综合保险或社会保险。
