Job Title: Metals Operation

Work Area: Metals Operations Group

Main purpose of Job: Traffic operations listed below (main tasks) Covering offshore copper concentrates and offshore lead concentrates; as well as overseas copper blister to customers. Solely responsible for accessing and updating shipments Coordinate P&Ls, stock sheet and exposure. Coordinate handling of all issues relating to staff out of office.

Typical Key Responsibilities:1. Direct contacts to customers Written and verbal contacts with suppliers and in particular receivers Visits where required to clients Co-ordinating the shipments with our customers contract negotiation, signature, coordinating of issuance Letter of credit negotiation according to sales contract terms, as well as amendments (value, expire date, terms) and acceptance where necessary of discrepancies. Arranging for inspection, sampling, assaying and umpire of the various products Declaring quotational periods (hedge) in writing with client with solid understanding required concerning adjustments Preparing for all necessary documentation (holding certificates, bank releases, transport documents, due diligences, stock inspection, insurance, invoices etc.) Arrange assay exchange Checking and arranging payments, claims Put through pricing when customer order; work for pricing in nights and all kinds of none-work hours during LME working days. 2. Bank contacts Opening/checking letter of credit Arranging for documents and collection of payments 3. Shipping Arranging for the various international transport by sea-, rail-, barge and truck, vessel nominations and acceptances Arrange issuance of LOI where necessary in close coordination with finance and management Approval of vessels to only take place in presence of fully workable letter of credit and in absence thereof coordinate with management Insuring the cargo/transports Being in regular contact with shipping agents

Experience KnowledgeSkills - Major in International Trade, Supply Chain Mgmt, Marketing, Business Administration and others related to trade and operation - Good command in English (CET 6 min, and TEM 8 will be a plus), PC literacy - Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure - Communication skills and numeral literacy are very important
