Senior Software Architect
Job Description:
1. Perform mobile software application platform architecture design, analyses, evolution and cost/benefit/risk analysis.
2. Evaluation of 3rd-party solutions.
3. Make software impact analysis or architecture redesign according to requirement spcification.
4. Provide highest level application analysis and technical consultantation to function teams.
5. Determines work break-down, effort estimation and technical risk identification.
6. Ensure appropriate implementation of methodology and quality
7. Reviews technical documents produced by team and customer.
8. Provide input to Project Managers and/or other team members.
9. Support CR evaluation and defect tracking from technical point of view.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university with a major in computer science or related
2. At least 4+ year experience with mobile phone software application architecture design and implementation
3. Experience with architectural modeling techniques, like UML etc
4. Strong understanding of mobile phone software application architectures, familiar with C/C++/Java and Object Oriented Programming language
5. Good knowledge of protocols like GSM / GPRS / UMTS.
6. Good knowledge of applications like Browser/Messaging/Java/Multimedia etc.
7. Stong knowledge of software development processes
8. Ability to communicate effectively, good verbal and written communication in English
