Job Title: Service Engineer(Intern)

Location: Shanghai

General

Provide regular site service to related customers; support sales to maintain the business without losing for failure in the implementation of treatment program and poor site service. Cooperate closely with company internal support team to maintain good service quality to the customers.

Main work include routine site service work, site trouble shooting, communication with customer production personnel, service report drafting out, etc.

Responsibilities

1.

Provide routine site service to specified customers (such as Secco, BASF) according to the service terms of the contract signed with customers, including:

Daily water sampling and field test for the samples in cooling systems, boiler system and other systems;

·

Customer production process data collection;

·

Site chemical consumption and stock check;

·

Dosing equipment inspection;

·

Chemical dosage adjustment and chemical dosing;

·

Daily service report writing

2.

Assure correct monthly chemicals consumption and work with CS to maintain the site chemical stock.

3.

Assure dosing equipments working well with the support of customer’s maintenance dept.

4.

Actively communication with customer site production people about the implementation status of GE treatment program.

5.

Monthly service reports writing.

6.

Work corporately with company other teams when needed.

7.

Provide hands on coaching and training to service Engineer

8.

Maintain good relationship with customer

Qualifications

1. Bachelor, Major in Chemical, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or other related majors, who will graduate in 2010 or later.

2. CET-4, Fluent oral English communication ability, good English reading ability to read and write relevant technical reports.

3. Be familiar with cooling system, boiler system, process operation and related chemical treatment, with relevant working experience will be preferred.

4. Good working attitude, hard working and team work spirit.

5. Strong Problem solving and interpersonal skills.

6. Be good at communication with people.
