Position: Public Relations Director

Report to: General Manager

Responsibilities:
1、Plan PR strategy, branding development proposals and goodwill programs to improve the company’s relations with the public and industry
2、Design media strategy; identify media trends; place stories and arrange media interviews. Ensure the company’s identity and image is maintained
3、Plan and execute PR programs, including advertising, press release, trade shows or seminars to maintain reputation and visibility of the company
4、Manage external vendors such as AD agency, PR agency and other agencies by background researching, reputation evaluation and customer relationship maintenance
5、Responsible for the company’s website content, layout and regular maintenance
6、Make and manage PR yearly budget
7、Show potential leadership skills and supervise junior staff members
8、Serve as a role model to other team members
9、Train junior team members on public relations tactics
10、Contribute to work plan of junior team members

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, commercial advertisement or marketing is preferred
2、At least 8 years related work experiences in advertising, cosmetics, luxury, or other related fashion product industry. Have good relationship with media, especially with fashion media
3、Strong planning, organizing, negotiating and cooperating skills
4、Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team-player, willingness to develop others
5、Ability to work independently and well under pressure
6、Flexibility to adapt to change at a fast pace, quick learner, and an ability to plan and perform detail work
7、Proficiency in English & Mandarin
8、Strong communications and business writing skills
9、Strong presentation communication skills
