1、负责装配工的作业指导、监督及纠错；
2、担当装配工的技能教练；
3、负责装配作业现场的5S管理及综合管理；
4、负责本道工序的品质管控。
任职条件：
1、25岁以上；
2、机械专业或相关机械专业，中专以上学历；
3、三年以上工作经历，其中必须具备二年以上机械类作业岗位工作；
4、具有良好的机械装配技能及解决实际问题的能力；
5、愿意从事生产一线工作。
