职位描述
We are seeking the self-motivated individuals who want to be dedicated to the marketing research industry. The individuals will interact with team members, clients and internal operation departments. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills both in mandarin and English.

Primary job description
-Carry out research design under guidance, including:
-Information collection and desktop research
-Design of questionnaire, discussion guide for focus groups, interview guide and etc.
-Interact with internal departments and teams on projects
-Brief fieldwork team about project design and updates
-Monitor project progress and insure timely delivery of feedback
-Support in analysis and reporting
-Work closely with data processing department on data processing and delivery
-Basic data analysis of quantitative data
-Basic content analysis of qualitative data

Requirement
-University degree or above, no bias on majoring
-Proficient in both oral and written English, CET-6 required
-Computer literacy, preferably with Microsoft software (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external clients
-Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good capability in logical thinking and problem analysis
-Patient and responsible
