Job Description:
This position is responsible to prepare and arrange the Batch payment based on the approved payment Application, accurate reimbursement to Employee. This position is working for CAT Reman facility located in Shanghai, P.R. China.

Duties and responsibilities:
AP Treasury function
1. Review the payment requests and employee reimbursement forms, make sure the proper authorized person sign and assign the correct account to it.
2. Scan PR/Reimbursement form/bank slip etc. to SSC team through DMS.
3. Arrange the Batch payment based on the approved payment application, accurate reimbursement to Employee through E-banking system.
4. Ensure the payment request in compliance with company procedure before the remittance
5. On-line EDI payment process for import duty/vat payment.
6. Update the Cash report, dynamically reflect the Bank balance, Clarify the different Currency and different bank account, clarify the IC & Entrust loan information
7. Create proper form for Working Capital Forecast for coming periods, specify the detail by Expenses Type and split in monthly.
8. Detail Breakdown of Bank/Short term loan /Cash pool payables account balance.
9. Closely work with SSC TJ team to make sure the payment booking correctly.
10. Closely work with SAFE on the Forex /IC loan and Capital Injection issues.
11. Check the receipt status of the banking and pass the bank slip to AR.
12. Accounting documents filing.
Qualifications:
Education: above bachelor in accounting, finance and economics
Other qualifications: Honesty, , patient, good at planning, Strong secrecy
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous
Make clear & simplify and problem solving
Result-oriented and work effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Familiar with SAP will be better.
Working experience : 1 year minimum or the internship (new college graduate)
Experience in International company is preferred
Knowledge of all the accounting & finance reports
Knowledge of bank system, foreign exchange control procedure
