Graphic Designer Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of effective graphic materials, including presentation materials, under the guidance of the solution content developer, that represent the EDS value proposition in a compelling manner

Works under the guidance of the Bid Manager to develop all graphical proposal content, utilizing leverage-able collateral available, consult with pursuit team members to understand solution, value proposition, win themes, etc.

Selects appropriate media and styles to meet the client's requirements

Graphically depicts the win theme or sales message and interprets sales message and translates features/benefits into a graphic representation

Develops client focused proposal graphics and packaging that meet EDS Brand standards

Coordinates with external vendors for client specific proposal or presentation requirements

Ensures deliverables meet Sales Team expectations

Performs a quality check of final graphic deliverables

Assumptions:

Co-located in Shanghai

Role may be conducted concurrently with other sales support staff

Works multiple bids (number will depend on complexity and timing)

Skilled in graphics design, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe CS Graphics software, and EDS Brand

High level understanding of all portfolio elements

Utilizes EDS standard tools

Does NOT:

Have a client-facing role
