1.精通Action Script，了解面向对象编程，精通Flash软件，熟悉网站技术；
2.具有规范化、标准化的代码编写习惯和良好的技术文档管理习惯；
3.有良好的工作态度与团队合作精神，能勇于面对工作挑战；
4.熟悉Flash Video、FMS2 等相关技术者优先；
5.良好的英语水平，可顺畅地阅读英文资料者优先；
6.有动效及设计经验者更佳 ；

1. Fluent in Action Script, understand OOP concept, skilled in using Flash IDE, familiar with web technology
2. Good coding, documenting, design habits.
3. Excellent work attitude and works well in team, can undertake stress
4. Understand FLV, FMS, and other relevant technology is a plus
