Shan Capital Profile:

Established in 2006, the Shan Capital may be thought as a brand-new PE in China, however we have intensive and successful experience and record in the Chinese market more than a decade, via our de-facto affiliates which have been investing large amount of capital in this market.

Currently we manage two funds with total portfolio size of 2 billion yuan, one of which operates in mainland China, the other one in Hong Kong. Shareholders are mostly from mainland China, Australia and Hong Kong.

With strong belief, advanced management and long-term investment philosophy, our portfolio is targeted mostly at the fast-growing and vast Chinese industries with investment capability of 2 billion yuan. Although several industries have come our preference, we also look at other investment possibility of other industries, which covers listed and non-listed companies. In the future our portfolio will become more and more focus on non-listed companies.
