1.Olympic Accreditation Technical Support Representative
Location: Beijing (60), Qingdao(3),Shenyang(3),Qinhuangdao(3),Tianjin(3),Shanghai(3)
Job Summary
The Olympic Accreditation Technical Support Representative will be the local technician for Kodak’s 2007 Cluster Test Events (a part of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games) Accreditation program, will work with Kodak Worldwide Olympic Accreditation team and the Accreditation Center of the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee (BOCOG).
Kodak’s Accreditation program produces ID security badges for all personnel working at the Olympic Games as part of Kodak’s Olympic sponsorship – typically over 300,000 badges (about 40,000 badges could be made during 2007 Cluster Test Events ) – using Kodak scanners, printers, and digital cameras.
This position will report directly to the Olympic Accreditation Program Manager (Jay Dong).
This position will require strong communication skills, appropriate technical skills, abilities to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, will take the responsibility to complete the all service requests from BOCOG independently, include machine installation/operators training/Predictive Maintenance etc.
Develop and maintain good relations with BOCOG, assisting them where possible within company policy
Good team player, always be a backup to other team members
Keep good communication with Kodak Worldwide Olympic Accreditation team/BOCOG/team members/Managers/other Kodak resources

Job Skills
University student or graduate on electrical control/ electronics/computer science
Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
Good working knowledge of software and Windows PC platform
Work independently
Must work well as a team member
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Other Helpful Skills
Expertise in equipment support and low level hardware problem solving
Expertise in computer networks
Experience working with digital imaging peripherals: cameras, digital printers, and scanners

2.Minilab
Location: Beijing (3)
Job Summary

The Minilab Operator will be responsible for the actual operation of the minilab processors. This would include sorting, preload, and actual loading of film in the minilab. Other duties may also include sleeving of film and assisting in the production flow through that area of the lab.

Job Skills
Education background in mechanics/chemistry/physics/electrical control/ electronics/computer science
Good working knowledge of C-41 RA and RA-4 process chemistry
Familiar with minilab type machine processing and photofinishing systems
Perform daily start-up procedures
Must work well as a hands on member of a team
Ability to respond rapidly to changing work conditions
Comfortable in fast paced environment and able to learn system quickly Mechanically inclined
Maintain a clean work environment and be quality conscious
Excellent communication skills

Specific Activities
Presort film for each process type and speed
Daylight handling and splicing of film
Ability to prioritize workload
Standing for extended periods of time
Sleeve film and sort by order into photographer bags
Some lifting required

Other Helpful Skills
Previous experience a strong preference especially in printing
Mechanically inclined and familiar with minilab setups
Production background with the ability to take the initiative to satisfy the customer

3.Rack and Tank Processing
Location: Beijing (3)
Job Summary
The Rack and Tank operator will be responsible for the actual operation of processors. This would include sorting, preload, and actual hanging of film in the darkroom. Other duties may also include sleeving of film and assisting in the production flow through that area of the lab.

Job Skills
Education background in mechanics/chemistry/physics/electrical control/ electronics/computer science
Good working knowledge of E-6 and C-41 process chemistry & film
Must work well as a member of a team
Experience processing film in a rack and tank machine
Comfortable in fast paced environment
Mechanically inclined
Maintain a clean work environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Specific Activities
Presort film for each process type and speed
Load and setup racks prior to process
Hang film in a darkroom for extended periods of time
Sleeve film and sort by order into photographer bags

Other Helpful Skills
Working knowledge of specific processes (E-6 and C-41 RA-4)
Mechanically inclined and familiar with Refrema Rack and Tank processors
Production background with the ability to work quickly in a quality manor

4. Film Slide Mounting
Location: Beijing (3)
Job Summary
The Film Slide Mounting operator will be responsible for the actual operation of mounting equipment. This would include film handling and operation of state of the art mounting machines. Other duties may also include assisting in the production flow through that area of the lab.

Education background in mechanics/chemistry/physics/electrical control/ electronics/computer science
Film Handling experience.
Must work well as a member of a team
Experience in operating mounting equipment
Comfortable in fast paced environment
Mechanically inclined

5.Digital Production/Digital Services
Location: Beijing (15)
Job Summary
The Digital Imaging Support personnel will be responsible for assisting in the production flow through the Digital Imaging Center. This would require the functional operation of some/all of the digital imaging equipment present in this area of the lab. Responsibilities would include job registration and tracking, image acquisition (Scanners and Cameras), image manipulation (Adobe PhotoShop), image out (printers and CD writers), and image transmission

Job Skills
Education background in computer science/electrical control/ electronics
Good working knowledge of IBM and Macintosh PC
Experience working with Adobe PhotoShop and/or digital images/graphics
Experience working with digital imaging peripherals: film scanners, thermal printers, modems, digital cameras, CD writers, etc.
Must work well as a team member
Comfortable interfacing with customers/photographers
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Specific Activities
Interfacing with photographers: receiving and logging new work
Film handling: cleaning and loading film into scanners
Acquiring images from scanners and digital cameras
Image manipulation: color balance, contrast, crop, minor cloning
Directing of images to thermal printer and CD writers
E-mail and ftp of images

Other Helpful Skills
Expertise in image quality
Expertise in MacOS or Windows XP
Experience working with traditional photography (negatives/slides)

6.Customer Service

Job Summary
The Customer Service representative will be responsible for the primary interactions with photographers utilizing the Kodak Image Center. This would include accepting and registering work orders, delivering completed work orders, and communicating with photographers to resolve any issues with work orders.
