Position specifications: Trainee（Recuiting function）
Location: Shanghai

Main objectives and tasks:
1) Support Consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;
2) Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.;
3) .Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates
4)Create and build ongoing relationships with clients and candidates alike

Candidate specifications,
1) Excellent oral and written English language skills, must be able to communicate efficiently;
2) Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy;
3) Team player, fast learner, working under pressure;
4) Bachelor Degree major in Human Resource / EE/Automobile related;
5) Preference for college students who are going to graduate this year or next year.
6) Client focus and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines
