Alcatel needs Accountant
Position：Accountant Location：Shanghai
Alcatel provides communications solutions to telecommunication carriers, Internet service providers and enterprises for delivery of voice, data and video applications to their customers or employees. With sales of EURO 12.5 billion in 2003, Alcatel operates in more than 130 countries.

These positions are based in Shanghai, and work inside Shanghai SSC to serve the companies inside APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountants- Accounts Payable

Supplier invoice control

Resolution of missing invoice data

Reporting exceptions

Invoice Posting

Accountants-General Accounting

Posting and Clearing of Bank Accounting data

Posting and reconciliation of General Ledger data

Applicants should possess:

SAP knowledge

PC's skill: PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel

Efficient and assertive in clarifying non standard cases

*Good English knowledge, any additional foreign language especially Japanese and/or Korean is an asset

Preferably familiar with Telecommunications or large MNC

Specific training will be given about company specifics
