Requirements :
-Major in computer science related.
-Strong communication and interaction skills.
-Fluency in both written and oral Cantonese, Mandarin & English skills.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure all PC-software installed are licensed and conform to Group IT's requirements.
-Provide update information of software and hardware records for registration.
-Responsible for swapping of IT equipments.
-Responsible for patching of IT equipments.
-Act as a first level supporter and coordinator with Group IT among service vendors and users.
-Act as a librarian to take care all computer manuals and tools for IT.
-Communicate with users and Group IT to solve and computer/system problems.
-Maintain user profile of LAN, add/delete user ids and keep updated list of current users.
-Ensure all LAN, computer equipment, systems and data files are securely protected from damages or unauthorised accesses.
-Maintain and update intranet/homepage.
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and quality standards.
