Inside Sales Representative (内部销售代表)

Working experience:
Not required

Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with field sales to meet the sales quota
- You will act as the first contact for NI prospects
- Make outbound calls to individuals who are interested in NI products
- Maintain NI's mature customer and sales channel
- Provide basic technical support and configure test system for customer

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Instruments or other relative major
- Good spoken Mandarin communication skills
- Proficiency in oral & written English and computer skills, CET-4 or above
- Outgoing,confident,patient personality and customer friendly attitude
- Desire for a long-term career in sales
- Act as a good team player is required
- Work in the office

Customer Education Engineer (Technical Translator & Marketing)
Responsibilities:
- Translate and review technical documentation and software components.
- Translate and produce technical demo/seminars
- Present customer training for NI Products
- Conduct instructor training and improve quality
- Provide technical support to the customers via phone and email

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (CET6 or TOEFL 600 or above)
- GPA>3.5 or ranked among top 5 students in class during undergraduate study
- Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills
- Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
- Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus
