(C)管理所有员工档案，按照相关规范和程序来保存，同时周期性向主管更新汇总信息报表。 2. （E）Involved in basic salary and benefits operation work in accord with related governmental policies, and also keep alliance with some remarkable market practices.(C)根据相关政府政策，参与基本工资福利操作工作，同时保持与一些优秀的市场做法一致。 （E）Keep good relation with interior customers and be a good communication bridge between employees and employer, meantime always to keep the working standpoint from the employer. (C)维持与内部客户的良好关系，成为员工与公司之间的良好沟通桥梁，同时始终保持雇主方的工作立场。 Requirements: 1. Education: 4-year full-time university senior or postgraduate student, subject in Human Resource, Finance, English, Logistics or International Trade will be a big plus. 2. English: Fluid in English, meanwhile knowledge in French will be a big advantage. 3. Computer skills: Good at the operations on windows and office software(word, excel, powerpoint etc). 4. Experiences: Related internship working experiences in this industry or in this function. 5. Knowledge: Basic knowledge on china labor law, HR operation system, HR theory, company operation theory, psychics. 6. Characteristics: Strong sense of responsibility. Initiative,patient with excellent customer service skills, time-management skills. Good communication and understanding ability. Plus: could guarantee at least 3 working days weekly and the letter of recommendation from the university.
