Job Description:

1. Phone reception 电话接听

2. Welcome the visitors 访客接待

3. Meeting room & hotel reservation, airline tickets booking and transportation arrangement.
会议室，酒店，机票预定，重要访客接机安排

4. Daily support to Regional Manager (secretary) 区域经理日常支持（秘书工作）

5. Other clerical work 其他行政工作

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Secretary or English 本科在校生，英语或文秘专业。

2. Good communication skill and customer service, proactive 工作主动积极，良好的沟通能力及客服意识。

3. Good computer skill (Microsoft office) 熟练使用Office软件。

4. CET 4, good command of both written and spoken English 英语四级，英语能力强。
