Description
In this position, you will be planning, coordinating and controlling human, equipment and material resources in the manufacturing area for a shift towards on-time delivery of quality products, and at the same time ensuring the well being and morale of people in the manufacturing team and sustaining a safe, productive and cost effective environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Achieving good performance in Safety, Quality, Discipline, Output and Productivity
- Setting clear expectations for safety based on factory rules and regulations
- Ensuring standard tools and documents are used and are compliance with process control system, standard operating procedures and/or specifications and gowning procedures
- Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area
- Assessing personnel and material levels to determine production schedules
- Assigning personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility

Qualifications

You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a Bachelor of Arts degree with three years of working experience in a semiconductor industry company. You should be highly motivated with strong people management skills. Fresh graduates with background in Electronics and Industrial Engineering can also be considered.
