Aquaspace is a property company based in Shanghai, managing a portfolio of first-class properties which are offered for leasing. Aquaspace provides investment advice, property management services, and interior design.

Aquaspace is a wholly-owned foreign company and the main shareholder is DAMOR in Jersey, UK. We are a young and dynamic property company located in the Luijaizui central business district of Shanghai. Our company has been in operation since January 2005, our business is growing rapidly, and the future looks very bright!

We currently manage a portfolio of 70 first-class properties with a market value of about 500 million RMB. All our properties are offered for high-end corporate or personal leasing.

Each property has been interior-designed to the highest standard, and many have features that are unique and original! Our design combines the finest from both Europe and Asia. All our apartments feature modern designer furniture imported from Europe, and artwork from Ancient China.

As our Company name suggests, we focus on properties with views of the water: rivers, lakes, swimming pools, fountains, waterfalls, and even a bamboo rain forest! We choose all our properties based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of nature known as “Feng Shui” (literally “Wind Water”). Water is the second and most important element of Feng Shui and we believe that its presence and flow within the vicinity of your home, can bring enhanced wealth, health and prosperity.

Aquaspace also provides property investment advice, property management services, and international interior design. Our clients include international investors who wish to invest in the Shanghai residential property, Shanghai residents who love our interior design, and Multi-national companies who wish to lease a high-end apartment for their senior managers working in Shanghai.
