Strategic Marketing Specialist(SLC A&D GZ)

Goals/Mission

● Support and assist Strategic Marketing Manager work

● Lead company-wide efforts to assess industry market and financial pe
rformance

● Track and analyze competitors, macro economics and industry trends i
n regional market,

● Work with sales teams and other resources to provide timely insights
into major market trends and competitor actions.

Working Partners/Contacts

Working location is in Guangzhou

Tasks

A&D Performance Analysis, in conjunction with A&D Finance analysis; asse
ss A&D market position, sales, operating earnings by group, product and
industry; determine competitive positioning (includes market share analy
sis - total automation, product, industry - and determining where we are
most profitable).

Competitor Tracking - Lead company-wide efforts to track international a
nd domestic competitors in China.

Economic Tracking - track the Chinese economy

Industry size / trend analysis - lead company-wide efforts to track top
priority industries within China

Education

Master's degree in specific business field (e.g. Economics, Market Resea
rch, Accounting, and Finance) and Bachelor's degree is Automation relate
d majors, Master's degree strongly preferable.

It is perfect if he/she gets master's degree within this year.

Knowledge/Languages

● Excellent command of speaking and writing skills in both English and
Mandarin,

● Demonstration of excellent skills in using Microsoft Office and web-
based technologies

Experience

● Comprehensive understanding of general economic analysis; knowledge
of the structures and governance of the Chinese economy are particularl
y critical.

● Basic knowledge of industrial technology and technology markets (e.g
. automation, IT, electrical equipment).
