Provide tools and training to targeted people to improve their overall effectiveness and efficiency. Work closely with related departments (HR, workshop management and etc.) to ensure the successful implementation of the proposed correction/improvement plan. Create and/or keep updated Michelin Quality System (MQS) documentation and ensure its consistency with Group requirements.
