Position Purpose
-Completes the analysis of business problems to be solved within the SUPPLY CHAIN environment, with a focus on transportation, warehousing, EDI, project management, Sales & Operations planning, and reverse logistics / inventory health.
-Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
-Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT development resources.
-Position will be rotational and cover all aspects of supply chain. A great learning opportunity!

Expected Responsibilities
-Complete required analysis deliverable documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Test Requirements, as well as business process diagrams, test scripts and use cases.
-Learn EDI guidelines, including configuration and transactional mappings. Can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.
-Applies modeling techniques to Analyst deliverables, from financial modeling to inventory/demand modeling.
-Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
-Initiate and execute initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team.

Position Requirements
-Students from MBA / Master / 3rd/4th years in university with emphasis in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business / Math strongly preferred.
-Currently enrolled or degree from a top-tier school inside China and can physically work at our Beijing headquarter.
-Top notch MS Office Tools, especially MS Excel. Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables, in both English and Chinese
-Demonstrates thorough working knowledge to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion 公司简要介绍：
