Provide customer standard training to final inspectors. In charge to prepare clear guide and work instructions including FQC checklist and quality inspection policy to FQCs to conduct inspection. Review FQC findings and communicate quality issue to manufacturing to request corrective action and monitor their corrective action efficiency and the status. Qualify and monitor FQC skill and performance, do re-qualification assessment every month. Organize weekly internal quality training to FQCs reviewing all the quality issues, customer DMRs and get lessons from. Work with manufacturing or warehouse for customer complaint and DMR investigation and prepare 8D. Prepare customer DPU, QPPM and internal FQC DPU, QPPM report to monitor the problem trend and organize corrective actions. Communicate with Mfg engineer and engineering for some engineering issue. Review and approve ECO and follow it up. In charge of measurement equipment/ tool calibration schedule and recall Personnel Requirement; 1. Good English Level with good communication. CET 6 is more prefer. 2. Engineering Course is more prefer. Machanical drawing reading ability. 3. Good personal with open mind and good communication level. 4. Good attitude to work. 5. Familiar with Computer and use Excel, word, power point, ect. by yx
