QCMOS (广立微电子有限公司) is a well-funded start up company located in Hangzhou Innovation Building (99 HuaXing Road). The company was founded by overseas Chinese and professors from Zhejiang University; we develop products for yield enhancement and EDA tools for semiconductor industry. Current customers include leading foundries in Taiwan and mainland China. The company is in rapid growth and in the process to set up Shanghai and US office. Job Title: R&D EngineerLocation: Hangzhou Job description and responsibilities: Responsible for EDA tools maintenance, research and development. Develop software program for layout automation and yield modeling. Work independently on project planning, implementation and testing. Job Requirements: - MS or BE in CS/EE with experience in complex software programming of related field. - Excellent software programming skills with hand-on C(C++) programming experience under Windows/Unix/Linux. Strong background in data structures and algorithms is required. - Experience in EDA industry or semiconductor process is a plus. - Familiar with GDSII data format is a plus. - Good written and verbal English communication skills are necessary. - Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills. - Self-motivated and good team working spirit.
