Job description
- Response for #800 inbound calls
接听全国800呼入客户电话
- Answer the customer inquiry & identify the opportunity
提供客户的售前技术支持及商机的挖掘
- Work with BPs to fulfill customers requirement & achieve the win rate target
与代理协同合作以满足客户的需求并完成赢单率目标
-Pass the information of Marketing promotion to the customer & achieve the call to leads rate target
传递市场活动信息并达成商机转化率目标

Job requirement
-Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
-IT field working experience is preferred
有IT领域工作经验者优先考虑
-Team work & hard working
团队合作/敬业
-Good communication in Mandarin & English
良好的普通话/英文沟通能力
BS graduated in Computer Science or one years or above corporate sales/telesales experience is preferred
计算机专业应届毕业生或1年以上企业销售经验/电话销售优先考虑

-Work with outside sales to make account plan
与外部销售人员一同制定客户计划
-Proactively acquire & develop new customers

-Outbound call to identify the customer concern & inquiry

-Handle customer PO and arrange the fulfillment
操作客户PO并安排实施
-Work with outside sales maintain the large account relationship
与外部销售人员一同维护客户关系
-Making sales forecast & achieve the revenue quota
