POSDATA an innovative company in the wireless networking sector offering comprehensive line of enterprise and public wireless mobile and base station for WiMAX(802-16e), and Wibro. IEEE 802.16e and Wibro are emerging wireless standards with enormous potential for the wireless marketplace, and offer the cutting-edge capabilities that enable QoS for voice, data and video streaming.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Every year we are looking for some exceptional embedded software engineers that are highly motivated, self starters that enjoy bringing great products to market. We need team players that are good communicators with a demonstrated track record of learning about new technologies and helping to bring new products to market. Candidates should have a minimum of Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline. A Ph.D. is a definite plus. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Boondang in Korea

Systems Engineer
Communication Systems Engineer
- PHY and MAC layer algorithms
- OFDMA system
- Wireless networks
- Antenna technologies

Embedded Software Engineer:
o Embedded network software implementation.
o Support for embedded software debug, test, and documentation of WiMax Systems.
o WiMax qualification and regulatory test support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Fluent English
o 2+ years of experience with various Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as VxWorks.
o 2+ years of experience in embedded software development with various processors, micro-controllers using C, C++.
o Experience with router implementation is a definite plus.
o Experience with software testing, monitoring, and control.
o Experience with inter process communication (IPC), multi-tasking, and multi-threading is a plus.
o Knowledge of IEEE 802.16d/e standard is a big plus
o Knowledge of wireless technology is plus
o Strong design, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
