职位描述：
What a successful applicant can expect:
-Intensive development through a specially designed Management Associate program
-A range of challenging roles within the relevant banking functions with on-the-job trainings.
-A thorough understanding of Citibank's operations in respective areas as well as the professional knowledge required for a successful career

General Requirements:
-Obtained master(s) degree or above from a highly rated university
-Maximum two year's working experience
-Majored in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science are preferred
-Cross-functional interests and ready to work in different locations/cities
-Strong analytical skills, well-organized, and self-motivated
-High potential in leadership and management roles
-Good communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Dedicated to build a solid career path in a rapid-growth organization
