Intern, Logistics (ⅹ1)
Job Responsibilities
-Assist Dept. Manager in handling of business related administrative issues,
-Check emails and arrange necessary correspondence for temporarily unavailable staff
-Preparation of presentations according to instructions from Dept. Manager
-Translation of business related matters
Job Requirements
-Good command of English (oral and written)
-Document filing and management experience, high sense of quality
-Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, willing to undertake tasks in urgent manner
-Team player with good interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge in MS office software, experience with Lotus Notes is a plus
-Work at least 3 days per week
Intern, Purchasing (ⅹ1)
Job Responsibilities
-Documents access in SAP System
-Support project tracking (work on excel table)
-Support prepare presentation file (powerpoint)
Job Requirements
-Good English knowledge (verbal) and Chinese
-Good computer skills (excel and powerpoint)
-Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, willing to undertake tasks in urgent manner
-Team player with good interpersonal skills
-Work at least 3 days per week
Intern, P&C (ⅹ1)
Job Responsibilities
-To support BU P&C director and manager daily routine, travelling arrangement, meeting arrangement etc.
-To translate the technical and commercial documentations for BU P&C business
-To assistant BU admin on other cross function jobs
Job Requirements
-Require intermediate computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites required.
-Good command of English.
-Good communication skills are important.
-Optimism personality, willing to serve people
-Work at least 3 days per week
The work location for the first five positions is in downtown Shanghai.
For FSCC intern, the location is in Jiading Industrial Zone and we provide shuttle bus and free lunch.
