Position: Sales Manager

Requirements:

1. Must be able to develop leads and close contracts
2. Preferred with portfolio of customers in construction or education areas
3. English would be a good skill to have.
4. Resourceful, must be able to solve problems
5. Willing to work long hours
6. Responsible and trustworthy. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
7. Perform additional functions including answering telephones, greet visitors, and manage the booking and use of meeting/show rooms
8. Responsible for arrangement courier pick-up and deliveries, replenish stationery supplies, store drinking water and other refreshments in a timely manner
9. Provide general services to assist staff and visitors in making meeting appointments, maintaining schedules, making travel reservations and bookings, securing visas and tickets
10. Responsible for shipping of samples to final destination
11. Responsible for making phone calls to try to arrange potential meetings
12. Hands-on skills of Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
13. Pleasant and positive personality, presentable and self-motivated
