Associate–Wireless Internet (Beijing)

Job Description:

1、研究分析无线行业的应用和发展。

2、寻找和拓展无线行业的项目源，最大限度地满足公司对项目源的要求。

3、代表公司与风险企业或项目有关负责人进行业务联系。参加行业内会议。

4、组织、协调投资筛选及尽职调查工作，并完成投资分析报告。

5、独立或协助合伙人参与投资谈判工作，完成相关会议纪要，签订并落实投资文件。

6、制定项目投资建议书，报合伙人会议。

7、负责投资项目交易构成各项工作的落实。

8、参加投资后的跟踪管理工作，根据需要，代表公司出任董事及相关职务。

为投资退出的实施提供必要支持

Core Qualification:

Education
-An MBA or a Master degree in finance, accounting, or energy/environment related majors, or a bachelor degree with at least three year’ related work experience, from the first-tier universities
-Excellent command in English and Chinese.

The job incumbent recommends the industry research, financial analysis and other venture capital related responsibilities. The duties he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
- Building and creating industry research within energy/environment sectors.

- Performing financial analysis and due diligence, writing investment-driven research reports, undertaking a wide area of business analyses and competitive assessments.
