DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Vision system hardware build up and software programming for connector inspection; · Develop optical image processing and electrical control system; · Cooperate with Mechanical engineer to come out the vision inspection machine, including proposal, programming and debugging; · Vision GR & R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) & SPC study. EDUCATION: Required: · University degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Automation or equivalent work experience in a Software role. · Strong engineering background with knowledge of digital image processing, electrical control, motion control, etc. · At least 1 year practical experience in writing software code, such as in Visual C++ or Visual Basic. · Good English communication skills. Preferred: Be familiar with hardware of vision, such as CCD camera, lens, light, image frame grabber, etc. Be familiar with PC-based control software.
