Company: Ericsson (China) Communications Company Ltd, Radio Network R&D Center.

Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson is not only keeping transferring a big amount of business to China, but also concentrating on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the development capacity in Ericsson R&D center in Beijing.

Position: Method & Tool Engineer (intern)
1. To maintain and manage the testing Database VASS-VB.
2. To design and develop automatic testing software, and be responsible for test software version control.
3. To maintain the existing GSM/WCDMA test environment with XRV TR system and make trouble-shooting for test environment problem.
4. To design and develop automatic testing RF boxes and test bed.
5. To design and develop necessary test tools and test methods.
6. To estimate the man-hour and investment on test environment for every project as an input to project I&V team leader.
7. To be responsible for radio test bed lab booking and management.
8. External support, e.g. NAL and Trial project.
9. Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and CBC/XR.

Requirement:
1. M.S. or B.S. degree with major in EE, CS, or Automatic;
2. Could work at company for full time for more than 6 months.
3. Eligible candidates should get the approval from supervisor/mentor before the application and provide the written approval while on-board
4. SQL database development experience.
5. Working experience with clearcase.
6. Labview / VEE programming experience are highly preferred;
7. RF test/design experience, good knowledge on radio test instrument;
8. Clear concept about 2G/3G wireless communication system;
9. Basic Unix operation;
10. Open-minded;
11. Good communication skill;
12. Hard-working and responsible;
13. Strong initiative and learning willingness;
14. Teamwork spirit;
15. Fluent spoken and written English.

Position: team assistant(intern)
1. Assist the whole team and managers to support department work in the fast, friendly and efficient way
2. Test house booking, confirmation or cancellation on time
3. Test fee handling
Regularly handle test fee issues including contact test houses, PR and PO follow up
4. Arrangement for transportation/Delivery to test houses
Goods packing and car booking
5. Department document administration
Hard copy test reports, certificates, standards, ...
6. Project material purchasing and PR follow up.
Goods ordering and PR follow up, need coordinate with HW coordinator
7. Active support different kinds of business activities: recruiting, team building, etc.
8. Self-motivated searching for new tasks

Requirement
1. Bachelor or above is required, prefer to have some technical background.
2. Could work at company for full time for more than 6 months.
3. Eligible candidates should get the approval from supervisor/mentor before the application and provide the written approval while on-board
4. Fluent English in spoken and written
5. Be familiar with MS office tools, e.g word, excel, power point.
6. 1-2 years secretary working experience is a plus
7. Be initiative, ability to learn, good communication skills, good team skills and result orientation capabilities are required.
