Comprehensive training and individual ability development.

After joining ArcherMind, you will be put on a three month short-term training, including.

² Learning advanced IT technology, for instance embedded Linus, embedded C programming, J2ME, JavaMIDP, mobile facility platform, net application protocol etc..

² Learning and carrying out world-level IT software development work regulations and high quality management authenticated CMM.

² Joining project development directly, getting professional instructions from exclusive professionals.

² Taking part in professional training IT Intellectual Property, Project Management and others.

After three months, we will select you to become one of us according to your performance and ability.

全面的培训与个人能力拓展

进入公司后，您将进行为期三个月的短期培训，包括：

² 学习先进的IT技术，如嵌入式Linux, 嵌入式C编程，J2ME，JavaMIDP，移动设备平台，网络应用协议等；

² 学习并实践世界级的IT软件开发的工作守则及优质管理的认证CMM；

² 直接参与项目开发，获得高级技术人员的专业指导；

² 参加IT知识产权，项目管理等方面的专业培训。

After officially employed by ArcherMind, you will be able to enjoy:

Desired Education:

l Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Mathematics or other related fields;

l Graduate degree is a bonus.

计算机，通信，数学及相关专业，本科以上学历；

硕士优先。
