Maxim Advisors is a foreign corporate finance advisory firm that assists companies through the execution of sound business and financial practices. Capital raising

We assess financing alternatives and develop capital raising plans to help corporates to secure the capital needed to support their business objectives. Related services include pre-initial public offering management services and fund raising from financial or strategic investors.

Corporate advisory

We act as corporate advisors and assist in corporate restructuring, due diligence, competitive intelligence and cross border merger and acquisition advisory.

We are looking to recruit graduates with a bachelor’s degree in accounting as full-time accountant.

Our requirements are as follows:

1.Preference for candidates with working experience or education in accounting.

2.Must be extremely competent in English (both spoken and written)，CET-6 is required (higher level is appreciated).

3.Positive attitude and integrity
