Assist Legal counsel in reviewing and drafting contracts; 协助公司法律审阅起草合同；2. Responsible for assisting administratively in legal issues relating to the OC businesses in the Asia Pacific region; 协助处理有关亚太区法律事务的行政事宜；3. Translate legal documents and reference materials between Chinese and English; 中英文互翻法律文件及相关资料；4. Responsible for assisting in filing and managing company s documents; 协助管理及归档公司的相关文件；5. Doing legal research as requested from time to time; 根据需要进行法律查询6. Assist in following up the execution of Company's legal issues and transactions; 协助跟踪及反馈公司相关法律事务及交易的执行事宜；7. Other legal-related responsibilities assigned by legal counsels. 由法律顾问分配的其他法律事宜；Requirements:要求 Major in Law; Two-three day work in a week for this position; First-year graduate student is preferred. 法律专业；一周两到三天工作时间；研一学生优佳。 Fluent in written and spoken English, experiences in contract translation; 英语口语及书写技能佳，有合同翻译的经验； Internship experiences in law firms or companies; 有在律所及公司实习的经验； Basic secretarial and computer skills; 具有基本的文秘及电脑技能； Careful, efficient, energetic and initiative. 认真，高效，精力充沛，工作具有主动性。NOTE: This is an intern position and Owens Corning will not promise to employ the intern as an employee.
