Performs limited secretarial functions to all internal customers. Assist in stationary purchase and driver management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Handle switchboard, receive and transfer phone calls, transmit and take message2. Receive and direct visitors 3. Order of lunch boxes4. Sort and distribute incoming mail5. Assist in car arrangement, shuttle buses service.6. Assist in general administration7. Ensure continuity of work in case of absence REQUIREMENTS 1. A college or Senior School degree with major in Business Administration or equivalent2. Good communication, presentation and team working skills3.
