招聘内容 Location: Shenzhen,Guangdong Requirements for every individual hire: l Must view this job as a long-term regular job; no outside engagement such as consulting is allowed, except for during the transition period l Must be reliable with high integrity l Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies. l Self-initiative and ability to work in a team l Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably MS, in physics, EE, computer engineering, computer science, or related fields of engineering and science Job BC-001, Software Quality Assurance Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: l Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability and usability of company products, create/maintain processes for whole development, and execute audit/inspection. l Design and develop comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology. l Be creative and thorough in test case execution and reporting. l Apply thought process to analyze test results to ensure existing and new functionalities. Job requirements: l Based on company quality policy, cultivate expertise with lithography technology. l Strong knowledge of software engineering/computer programming/project management. l Team player, good communication skills. l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. l Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress. Desired but not required: l Good Knowledge in semiconductor lithography and IC design l Expertise on QA activities and methodologies. l Strong experience on UNIX, C/C++, scripting languages, databases. l Familiarity with software testing processes and testing methodologies. l Skillful with automated testing tools and bug tracking tools. Job BC-002, Application Software Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: l General application software development, such as GUI, script Job requirements: l Proficiency in C/C++ programming l Enjoy computer software programming as a profession l Team player l Able to carry out technical communication in English Desired but not required: l Familiarity with UNIX/Linux or Windows environments. l Familiarity with Scripting languages (sh, perl, lua, etc.) l Database skills l Knowledge in semiconductor lithography and IC design 详情请见附件
