Tasks
Work with external consulting company for the first two pilots of strategy development (Food retail in RA and compact stations in DH) and work out strategic review process/ model for rolling out to remaining SBAs
Lead strategy development process including market fact-base development, strategy formulation, high-level action planning and strategy implementation in remaining SBAs across Business Divisions
Coordinate resource allocation
Prepare/Review relative materials
Lead analysis and interviews.
Requirements
Relevant experience in consulting firms
Industry knowledge in Refrigeration /Air-conditioning, Heating or MC and demonstrated capability to move across industries.
Holistic mindset
Viewed as a strong leader or emerging strong leader by the organization
With previous experience of leading a complex project
Capable of communicating well both in English and Chinese
MBA is preferred
Business development or sales experience a plus
