The company’s primary business is IC component packaging and test and memory module assembly. 招聘岗位 l Software Engineer Major Responsibilities: - responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment software - training other support staff and technicians on production and equipment software Critical Factors: Extensive software knowledge Extensive knowledge of C, C++, Perl, and Python, in order to modify and customized software as necessary. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree (with a software emphasis or experience) l Test EngineerMajor Responsibilities: Develop test/repair programs to test/repair DRAM Memory chips Understand failure mechanisms, develop models and work with an extensive network of technologists worldwide (waferfab sites, chip designers, process engineers, application specialists) to improve product quality, reliability and yields Initiate new products/technology start-up and perform extensive characterization of new devices Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure that they are contributing effectively to company objectives Work closely with manufacturing staff and customers to realize output and quality goals Responsible for test time reduction, burn-in hour reduction, flow simplification and cycle-time reduction Critical Factors: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Excellent analytical and communication skills l Equipment EngineerMajor Responsibilities: Support and upgrade production equipment Assist Engineers in making quality and reliability improvements Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism or frequency Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance / fixes Involved in Empowerment & Autonomous Maintenance Team activities Critical Factors: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Mechanical Engineering Good communication both in Chinese and English 宣讲地址：西安理工大学宣讲时间：2007年10月24日 16:00
